Pre-launch notice
This site is not yet the live, publicly launched absolute.promo site. Submitting the Contact, Request a Quote, Checkout Review, or Company Store Inquiry forms does send your information to Absolute Promotional, so we can respond to your message, quote, or order review, exactly as described below. If a form is temporarily unable to send (for example, delivery isn't yet configured on this environment), you'll see a clear message on-screen rather than a silent failure.

Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly through this site's forms:
- • Contact form: name, email address, and your message.
- • Request a Quote form: name, email address, phone number, company name, and project details (product, quantity, timeline, and similar information you provide).
- • Project Cart and Checkout Review: the products and quantities you add to your cart, plus the contact and shipping details you provide to submit an order for review.
- • Artwork or file uploads: if you attach artwork or other files to a Request a Quote, Checkout Review, or Company Store inquiry, we store that file to prepare your quote or order.
We do not require you to create an account to browse products or request a quote, and we do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this site's forms.
How we use this information
We use the information you submit to respond to your message, prepare and follow up on a quote, process an order you request, and communicate with you about that specific inquiry or order. We do not sell the information you submit through this site to third parties.
Uploaded files
Files you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled location, never a publicly browsable folder. Only Absolute Promotional staff working on your request can access an uploaded file, and only through a secure, time-limited link. We keep uploaded files for up to 30 days after you submit them and then delete them; if you need us to keep a file longer for an active order, let us know.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your Project Cart between visits, so items you add stay in your cart if you close the tab and come back. This information is stored only on your own device and is not transmitted to us unless and until you submit an order. This site does not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Product and catalog data
Product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing shown on this site are sourced live from SAGE Connect, a third-party promotional-products catalog platform used by Absolute Promotional and thousands of other distributors in this industry. Browsing the product catalog does not send your personal information to SAGE; SAGE Connect supplies product data to this site, it does not receive data about you from it.
How long we keep information
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, why it was collected, and applicable requirements. You may contact us with questions about retention or requests concerning your personal information.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at [email protected] or 256.467.3661. We will respond to a request like this using the contact information you provide, and may ask you to verify your identity before making a change.
Third parties and legal disclosure
We may share information you submit with service providers who help us operate this site or fulfill an order (for example, a form-processing or email-delivery provider, once one is selected for production use), and we may disclose information where required by law. This site does not currently use social-media login, a customer-relationship-management (CRM) platform, or any third-party plugin that receives your personal information, so no additional third-party data sharing beyond what is described in this policy currently applies. This section will be updated if that changes.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business and organizational buyers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, including as this site moves from a staging concept build to a live production site. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.
